Application for Intimation and Transfer of Ownership of a Motor Vehicle

Joint application submitted by the transferor (seller) and transferee (buyer) to update the RC book with the buyer's name.

Part I is signed by the seller declaring the transfer of possession.

Part II is signed by the buyer acknowledging receipt and accepting legal responsibility.

Must be submitted within 14 days of transfer.
