Notice of Transfer of Ownership of a Motor Vehicle

Mandatory notice sent by the seller to the Registering Authority intimating the sale and transfer of the vehicle to the purchaser.

Signed by the seller in duplicate.

Must clearly state the exact date of transfer and purchaser details.

One copy sent to the original RTO and second copy to the financier if vehicle was under hypothecation.
