Application and Grant of No Objection Certificate (NOC)

Required when moving a vehicle to another state or registering authority for more than 11 months.

Submitted in triplicate (3 copies) to the registering authority.

Take a clear pencil imprint of the chassis number in the designated box on each copy.

Registering authority endorses Part III and returns two copies to the applicant.
